Angie Cox is a dynamic force in healthcare innovation with over 20 years of experience, five academic degrees across three disciplines, and a reputation so unique she’s been dubbed a "Clinical Unicorn." Her unconventional journey—stepping away from the traditional Big Hospital path—led her to a career at the intersection of clinical excellence and transformative technology.

Today, she serves as Clinical Technology Associate Principal at Introba, where she leads smart hospital projects that bridge deep clinical insight with cutting-edge tech. Her work ensures that every system—from nurse call to RTLS to patient engagement platforms—not only functions seamlessly, but also enhances workflows, communication, and the care environment itself.

In addition to her role at Introba, she is the founder of Nautilus Solutions, where she helps healthtech and medtech companies turn underutilized products into clinically adopted, human-centered solutions. Through this work, she champions innovation that truly serves both patients and providers.
