Brooke is a dynamic healthcare leader with extensive experience, serving in a variety of nursing and operations leadership roles in both acute care and outpatient settings. Since 2021 she has provided consultation services directly to healthcare organizations, through consulting firms, and through healthcare architecture firms on the continuum from planning, design, construction, transition/activation, post occupancy evaluation, and operations improvement.
She is recognized for combining her highly effective communication style with strong project management skills leading and serving on multidisciplinary teams integrating designers, construction professionals, and clinicians in prioritizing efficient and evidence-based design and operations.
In addition to a BSN in Nursing from Simmons College and an MSN in Nursing Management and Policy from Yale University, Brooke holds a post-Masters Certificate in Leadership and Innovation in Health + Design from Clemson University. This program was a collaborative venture between the School of Nursing and the Graduate Program in Architecture and positioned her as a leader in this unique domain, bridging design and construction with clinical implementation.
Due to her recognized expertise, for the past four years, Brooke has served as a member of the 2026 Facilities Guidelines Institute (FGI) Health Guidelines Revision Committee (HGRC) for the Outpatient Document Group as well as on several special topic groups for this cycle.
