Kathleen is the owner of Harmon Consulting and the Informatics and Innovation Project Advisor for IMEG.  Kathleen has nearly four decades of nursing experience, including two decades in clinical care and eighteen years as a consultant in informatics and innovation. Her expertise encompasses workflow automation, change management, smart care environments, and the integration of artificial intelligence and virtual care to support leading healthcare practices.
