Happy Nurses Week

May 10, 2021

We wish to celebrate nurses around the globe for their contributions to healthcare design, especially our very own members! NIHD members are helping to shape the future of healthcare environments through clinical and professional leadership.

Connect to a like-minded community interested in supporting clinician involvement in the design and construction of the built healthcare environment.

Celebrate Nurses Week with us by joining NIHD!

You may be asking – do I have to be a nurse to be a member? And the answer is no. While almost 70% of our members are registered nurses, we welcome everyone to join us to help us elevate the clinical perspective in healthcare design!

Our members are leaders in their workplace with unique backgrounds and impressive credentials. Mentorship is intrinsic to NIHD. NIHD leaders are eager to connect with new members who may be early in their career development to network, collaborate and share experiences.

NIHD collaborates with clinicians, design professionals and industry partners in the healthcare design process to shape the future of healthcare design.
