Each quarter, NIHD invites new members to participate in a virtual round table led by the New Member Task Force.
With membership spanning North America, the Board recognized the need for new members to enjoy a better connection with NIHD.
Today, business is a little different than it has been in the past. Enter Covid-19! The world has changed with the pandemic and the need to use advanced internet technologies to continue life as we knew it.
Currently, new members are receiving welcome resources via email. The New Member Task Force has changed practices to inviting new members to join them in a quarterly ‘Meet and Greet’ virtual Zoom hour. During our meeting, names are placed with faces, questions are answered, and a general good time is had by all over their drink of choice. Now new members have the opportunity to connect with the Task Force and other new members.
As our organization grows, we are sure that tomorrow will look even more different. For now, pick up your glass and join us in growing and giving back through NIHD!
